8EAR Community Radio Inc (Gove FM) is a community radio station and operates to the Community Broadcasting Code of Practice.  It is unique in that it is a non-profit community organisation run by volunteers, yet has to operate as a small business to stay financially viable.  Gove FM is the only radio station in Nhulunbuy - at the heart of the community.
