Runners North

Runners North is a club with great tradition in Nhulunbuy. There has always been a strong hold of the serious and the very social runner.

 As runners North moves into the future there is a serious goal of "Lets get this town moving".
There are mountains of training sessions to choose from, am or pm every day of the week.

Running, swimming, cycling and core strength.
We also do weekly time trials wednesday evenings.
5.15pm Power Walk Session with Carlie
5.30pm 5km time trial end of month 5 or 10k.

Once you are a member Roger clocks in your time trial efforts then emails your own personalised graft to show you improvments.
Membership is $20 annually.
We have 64 members at present that run any pace any distance.

Committee

As the Runners North Committee we aspire to hold as many fun fitness related events as possible. Our aim is min. one a month out side of our normal weekly training and time trials.
We love and encourage anyone to join us on our endeavor to be fit and healthy to challenge all of life's twists and turns.
