Laynhapuy Homelands Association is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to process and maintain our accounts payable and receivable documentation, whilst monitoring our creditor and debtor accounts.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated practical experience with at least 12 months previous experience working in accounts receivable/ payable
    • QuickBooks and Intermediate level MS Excel, a working knowledge and ability to utilise of MS Office, email and internet.
    • Proven ability in records management with a focus on high level document control and quality assurance.
      • Demonstrated ability to take direction; supported by exceptional time management skills and proven ability to maintain own work schedule to meet set processing timeframes,
      • High level interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a cross cultural environment and;
      • High level problem solving skills with the ability to check and code data and verify and correct discrepancies.


In return we offer:

  • Salary – base wage $50,000- per annum– depending on qualifications and experience,
  • PBI Salary Sacrifice to $16,050 per annum and unlimited superannuation salary sacrifice,
  • 9% Superannuation Guarantee,
  • $1,250 fares out per annum,
  • 6 weeks Annual Leave,
  • 40hrs/wk + 1 RDO per month.
  • Accommodation is not provided with this position.
